Below is a resource for communication tips for teachers while working with children with FASD provided by POPFASD, British Columbia's Provincial Outreach Program for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Through following their 10 tips, it should help you as a teacher work more effectively with individuals with FASD by reducing the amount of stress the individuals with FASD experience due to being overwhelmed and through misunderstanding phrasing or directions.
